DTLA Homeless Shelter

This collage of containers and large scale video screens come together to help solve Los Angeles’ homeless dilemma. With 60,000 people living either in their cars or on the sidewalk, this container house uses the revenue from the freeway adjacent video “sides” to help run this temporary homeless shelter which will house up to 300 homeless persons.

CSULB Pyramid

The iconic “ PYRAMID” at California State University Long Beach endures as a symbol for the University. 150 feet in the air reaches the new blue symbol of success for the 49’ers. A “spaceframe” design, the big blue roof is now known throughout the country as an example of how public universities can partner with private funding.

Malibu Xanadu

This wealthy client came to us with a desire for a guest house for family and an editing studio for work – the brief informed the perfect solution as two “SISTERS” obliquely engaged to each other as well the ocean views and prevailing breezes. The ‘dance’ the two sisters do creates a real sense of place and engages the larger site with spectacular .
